Due to lower than expected registrations and investing in a more nurturing and luxurious venue, we are in a position where the planned 2024 Novotel Geelong conference is not viable to go ahead.
We are confident that our Program line up is exceptional and that the venue is still  a beautiful space to offer this program so we are postponing this planned conference to 21st-23rd March 2025.

Speakers:

We apologise for any way this will upset your schedule, but we would love to know if you are still willing to present your proposed talk at the Novotel Geelong venue in March 2025 so that we can continue to offer the same/similar indulgent experience. 
Once we have heard back from you, we can then update our attendees, sponsors and public to allow them the extra time to organise and adjust plans for a BIG 2025.

Sponsors:

We apologise for any way this will upset your schedule, but we would love to know if you are still willing to continue to sponsor this event at the Novotel Geelong venue on the 21st-23rd March 2025 so that we can continue to offer the same/similar indulgent experience. 

• You can choose to commit to the 2025 sponsorship and we will maintain your presence on the website and give you the opportunity to use the doula Conference social networks to promote any offers you have in the meantime, or
• you can decline future sponsorship and we will offer you a FULL refund.

Once we have heard back from you, we can then update our website and/or organise to send any monies paid back to you.
We hope you will stay with us as we utilise the extra time to organise and adjust plans for a BIG 2025.

Registrants:

We apologise for any way this will upset your schedule, but we would love to know if you are still willing to commit your attendance to this event at the Novotel Geelong venue in 21st-23rd ​March 2025 so that we can continue to offer you the same/similar indulgent experience. 

• You can choose to commit to attending in 2025 and we will maintain your ticket price, or
• you can withdraw your registration and we will offer you a FULL refund.

Once we have heard back from you, we can then update our booking system and/or organise to send any monies paid back to you.
