'Moving beyond a distressing birth'

3:00pm Sunday 24th March

A strong cultural message that ‘healthy mother, healthy baby’ is all that’s important, leaves many women feeling confused and misunderstood when distressing feelings about their birthing experience linger.
Using reflective processes you will be able to give women an opportunity to unpack and understand prior birth experiences which were distressing, disappointing and/or traumatic.
