Supporting Better Birth After Caesarean: What Doulas Need to Know
Sharing evidence-based insights and practical strategies, Hazel explores why women choose VBAC, the emotional and psychological influences shaping their journey and how doulas can nurture confidence, control and respectful care. This session unpacks the four key VBAC factors - control, confidence, active labour, and relationship and offers practical ways doulas can advocate for, empower and support women birthing after caesarean.
