'Placentas ~ Returning to source'

Sunday 11:30am

I would love to share about the wonderful placenta, her role and functions, but also how she may help during the postnatal period via encapsulation, tinctures, keepsakes, homeopathics, smoothies, and other options for her use, such as a planting ceremony where she is returned to the earth. -sometimes accompanied by a naming ceremony also. In some cultures it is believed the placenta holds the child's life path upon them and that they must be returned to the earth to ground and anchor and connect the child to their path so that they may be blessed with the guidance and strength to follow their souls path without straying too far or finding themselves feeling lost. It also create a space for offerings to be gifted and a place of celebration or worship.

About Tessa Bobir

I have completed my doula training, optimal maternal positioning training, placenta encapsulation training, postpartum sealing ceremony training, womb and fertility massage training, yoni steam training and am currently completing my pregnancy and post natal yoga teacher training, I own and run yoni Herbs Australia and used to actively encapsulate placentas when I was running precious Placentas : @placentas_brisbane .
I’m a mum of 2, Riley 11 & Lucinda soon to be 6, I’m an Indigenous woman seeking her roots.
I believe in reconnecting to our earth, and therefore our birth rites, I believe we are care takers of this planet and that the time is now to stand up for her and all of her creatures. Xxx
Oh, haha, almost forgot! I spoke at the 2019 “Not another childbirth class”event on the topic of the 3rd stage of labour and placenta options, which went wonderfully.
